The Annapurna Circuit- One of the best treks in the world

Day 1:
Drive from Kathmandu to Bhulbhule (845m), where you’ll begin your adventure through the Annapurna region.

Day 2:
Begin the day with a morning yoga session to stretch and centre yourself before you start the trek. Trek from Bhulbhule to Jagat (1,300m) – a 5-hours walk. Arrive in Jagat and enjoy a peaceful evening.

Day 3:
Start the day with a guided yoga practice to energise and focus your mind. Start walking from Jagat to Dharapani (1,860m) through beautiful villages, where you will spend the night in Dharapani.

Day 4:
Trek from Dharapani to Chame (2,610m) – a 6-hour trek. Enjoy a sunrise yoga session amidst the beauty of the Annapurna ranges, followed by a scenic trek to Chame.

Day 5:
Trek from Chame to Upper Pisang (3,300m) – a 6-hour trek. A morning yoga practice will help you acclimatize, focusing on breathing exercises and stretching. The day ends with a stunning view from Upper Pisang.

Day 6:
Trek from Pisang to Manang (3,540m) – 6 hours. Start your day with yoga to help your body adjust to the higher altitude. Upon reaching Manang, enjoy a rest day and the opportunity for more yoga to help with acclimatisation.

Day 7:
Rest and acclimatisation day in Manang. Participate in a morning yoga class to relax and recover, preparing for the challenging days ahead.

Day 8:
Trek from Manang to Ledar (4,250m) – 5 hours. Start the day with a yoga session to enhance your flexibility and mental clarity before embarking on your trek to Ledar.

Day 9:
Trek from Ledar to Thorong High Camp (4,925m) – 5 hours. The morning yoga session will focus on deep stretching and breathing techniques to prepare for the high-altitude trek. Reach Thorong High Camp and rest for the next day’s challenge.

Day 10:
Trek from Thorong High Camp to Muktinath Temple (3,760m) via Thorong La Pass (5,416m) – 9 hours. Begin the challenging trek with an energizing yoga session, focusing on deep breath work to help with the ascent. Upon crossing the pass, descend to Muktinath for spiritual reflection and relaxation.

Day 11:
Drive from Muktinath to Jomsom and Tatopani (1,200m) – 7 hours. Start the day with a grounding yoga practice, then take a scenic drive to Tatopani, famous for its hot springs. Take a rejuvenating dip in the natural hot springs and rest.

Day 12:
Trek from Tatopani to Ghorepani (2,860m) – 7 hours. Enjoy a morning yoga session amidst the forest before starting your trek. Arrive at Ghorepani for the night.

Day 13:
Early morning hike to Poon Hill (3,210m), then trek to Birethanti (1,039m) – 5 hours. Begin your day with sunrise yoga at Poon Hill before trekking to Birethanti. Afterward, enjoy a scenic drive to Nayapul and onward to Pokhara.

Day 14:
Drive from Pokhara (820m) to Kathmandu (1,350m) – 7 hours. Start the day with a relaxing yoga session to ease any tension before the drive back to Kathmandu, reflecting on the journey you’ve completed.
