6:00 AM: Pick up from your hotel in a private vehicle and transfer to the domestic terminal for check-in.

6:30 – 7:00 AM: Complete paperwork, ticketing, and weigh-in. Proceed to the helipad.

7:00 – 7:30 AM: Helicopter departs from Kathmandu, offering views of the city, scattered settlements, and the Himalayan ranges.

8:15 – 8:30 AM: Refuel at Lukla and fly towards Everest Base Camp, passing Namche Bazaar.

8:30 – 9:30 AM: Arrive at Hotel Everest View for breakfast, with breathtaking views of Mount Everest and surrounding peaks.

9:45 – 10:00 AM: Return flight to Lukla for refuelling.
