Day 01:

Arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu (1,400 m) and transfer to the hotel. Relax and prepare for your adventure. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 02:

Drive to Pokhara (900 m) by tourist bus – 7 to 9 hours. Enjoy the scenic drive and unwind by the lakeside in the evening. Overnight at a hotel in Lakeside, Pokhara.

Day 03:

Drive to Birethanti (1,039 m) – 1 to 1.5 hours and begin the trek to Ulleri (2,020 m) – 4 to 5 hours. Start your morning with a rejuvenating yoga session, then trek through charming villages and terraced fields. Overnight at a guesthouse.

Day 04:

Trek to Ghorepani (2,810 m) from Ulleri – 5 to 6 hours. Pass through lush rhododendron forests, and start your day with morning yoga, helping you connect with nature. Overnight at a guesthouse in Ghorepani.

Day 05:

Early morning hike up to Poon Hill (3,210 m) to catch the breathtaking sunrise over the Himalayas. Practice yoga at the top, soaking in the 360° view of the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges. Trek to Tadapani (2,610 m) – 6 to 7 hours. Overnight at a guesthouse.

Day 06:

Trek to Ghandruk (1,940 m) from Tadapani – 4 to 5 hours. Enjoy a yoga session in the morning and immerse yourself in the rich Gurung culture as you reach the traditional village of Ghandruk. Overnight at a guesthouse.

Day 07:

Trek to Syauli Bazar (1,170 m) from Ghandruk – 3 to 4 hours, then drive back to Pokhara – 2 to 3 hours. Relax by the lakeside and reflect on your adventure. Overnight at a hotel in Lakeside.

Day 08:

Drive back to Kathmandu (1,400 m) – 7 to 9 hours. Overnight at a hotel in Kathmandu.

Day 09:

Transfer to Tribhuvan International Airport for your final departure, feeling refreshed and rejuvenated from the adventure and yoga experiences.
