Itinerary
Daily Morning Yoga
Begin each day with a rejuvenating yoga session amidst the stunning landscapes of the Himalayas, enhancing physical and mental well-being throughout the trek.
Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu
Relax and prepare for the journey ahead.
Day 2: Drive to Ngadi (800m)
Scenic drive through lush landscapes, crossing Trisuli and Marshyangdi Rivers.
Day 3: Trek to Jagat (1400m, 7-8 hrs)
Hike through lowlands, crossing villages like Bahun Danda and Syange.
Day 4: Trek to Dharapani (1900m, 7-8 hrs)
Trek along the Marshyangdi River, with stops in Chamje and Tal village.
Day 5: Trek to Chame (2500m, 6-7 hrs)
Experience alpine terrain and views of Lamjung Himal and Annapurna II.
Day 6: Trek to Lower Pisang (3200m, 6-7 hrs)
Trek through forests and enjoy vistas of Annapurna peaks.
Day 7: Trek to Manang (3500m, 8-9 hrs)
Follow upper trails with breathtaking views of Annapurna, Gangapurna, and Tilicho Peak.
Day 8: Acclimatization Day in Manang
Optional hikes to Ice Lake (4600m) or Gangapurna Lake for better acclimatisation.
Day 9: Trek to Yak Kharka (4050m, 3-4 hrs)
Short, scenic hike with views of Chulu East and West peaks.
Day 10: Trek to Thorong Phedi (4550m, 4-5 hrs)
Ascend past yak pastures and take in panoramic views of surrounding peaks.
Day 11: Thorong La Pass (5416m) Crossing, Trek to Muktinath (3800m)
An early start for a challenging climb, followed by a descent to Muktinath with stunning views.
Day 12: Drive to Tatopani (1200m)
Enjoy the hot springs and scenic bus journey through charming villages.
Day 13: Trek to Ghorepani (2875m)
Hike through picturesque villages and terraced fields.
Day 14: Trek to Poon Hill (3210m) and Drive to Pokhara
Early morning hike to Poon Hill for sunrise views over the Annapurna range, then descend to Tikhedhunga and drive to Pokhara.
Day 15: Drive to Kathmandu
Return to Kathmandu and conclude the trek.
