Day 01:

Arrive in Kathmandu (1,400 m) at Tribhuvan International Airport. Transfer to your hotel for a restful evening before the adventure begins. Overnight at a hotel.

Day 02:

Start your day with an energising yoga session. Take a scenic flight from Kathmandu to Lukla (2,840 m) – 35 minutes, or drive to Manthali/Ramechhap (474 m) – 5 to 6 hours and then take a 20-minute flight to Lukla. Begin the trek with a thrilling walk to Phakding (2,610 m) – 3 to 4 hours. Overnight at a guesthouse.

Day 03:

After a refreshing morning yoga session, trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3,440 m) – 5 to 6 hours. Namche is the gateway to Everest and offers your first close encounter with Sherpa culture. Overnight at a guesthouse.

Day 04:

Acclimatisation day at Namche Bazaar. Begin the day with yoga, then hike up to the Everest View Hotel (3,880 m) for breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding peaks. Overnight at a guesthouse.

Day 05:

Trek from Namche Bazaar to Tengboche (3,860 m) – 5 to 6 hours. This trail offers a mix of adventure and spirituality as you visit Tengboche Monastery, one of the most revered sites in the region where we will relax and experience yoga, preparing you for the thrilling trek ahead. Overnight at a guesthouse.

Day 06:

Trek from Tengboche to Dingboche (4,410 m) – 5 to 6 hours. The terrain becomes more rugged as you ascend, but daily yoga sessions will help keep your body and mind balanced. Overnight at a guesthouse.

Day 07:

Acclimatisation day at Dingboche. Start with yoga, then hike to Nangkartshang Peak (5,083 m) for mesmerising views. This day helps you adjust to the altitude while keeping the adventure alive. Overnight at a guesthouse.

Day 08:

Trek from Dingboche to Lobuche (4,910 m) – 5 to 6 hours. The dramatic landscapes and towering peaks will take your breath away, while your morning yoga session keeps you focused on the journey. Overnight at a guesthouse.

Day 09:

Embark on the ultimate trek to Everest Base Camp (5,364 m), then return to Gorak Shep (5,190 m) – 8 to 9 hours. The sense of achievement at reaching base camp will stay with you forever. Start the day with yoga to fuel this unforgettable challenge. Overnight at a guesthouse.

Day 10:

Begin with a sunrise hike to Kala Patthar (5,555 m) for the best panoramic views of Mount Everest. Afterward, descend to Pheriche (4,240 m) – 7 to 8 hours. Yoga will help you prepare mentally and physically for this adventurous day. Overnight at a guesthouse.

Day 11:

Trek from Pheriche back to Namche Bazaar (3,440 m) – 7 to 8 hours. A morning yoga session will help you rejuvenate as you descend into familiar trails. Overnight at a guesthouse.

Day 12:

Trek from Namche Bazaar to Lukla (2,840 m) – 7 to 8 hours. Reflect on your adventure during your final trek, starting with a yoga session to maintain balance and endurance. Overnight at a guesthouse.

Day 13:

Fly back to Kathmandu – 35 minutes, or take a flight to Manthali/Ramechhap and drive back to Kathmandu. Yoga sessions in the morning will ensure a smooth transition from trekking to travel. Overnight at a hotel.

Day 14:

Transfer to the International Airport for your final departure, carrying the memories of this thrilling and transformative journey that you will remember for a lifetime.
